Terms of Service

GoKiero is a content strategy platform that uses AI to generate social media ideas, hooks, scripts, and related content strategy outputs. The service is provided as-is and is subject to change. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use GoKiero. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately at kieran@kiero.co if you suspect unauthorized access

One account per person. Sharing accounts or reselling access is not permitted.

You may use GoKiero for lawful business and personal content strategy purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to generate spam, misleading content, or material that violates platform policies of any social network
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service at scale
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal product use
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label GoKiero without a written agreement from Kiero LLC
• Use outputs to impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

GoKiero uses the Claude API by Anthropic to generate content strategy outputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before publishing
• Kiero LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from publishing AI-generated content
• Similar outputs may be generated for other users, AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique

You own the outputs you generate. By using the service you grant Kiero LLC a limited license to process your inputs through our AI pipeline solely to deliver results to you.

GoKiero is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• Results will increase your social media reach, engagement, or revenue

Content strategy is advisory in nature. Business results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiero LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of GoKiero is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Kiero LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiero LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of GoKiero, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may close your account in Account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice except in cases of fraud or abuse.

On termination, your right to use GoKiero ends immediately. Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in English.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app banner at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of GoKiero after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
