Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026 · Kiero LLC
Kiero LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates GoKiero, a content strategy platform accessible at gokiero.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using GoKiero you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and Google profile. We store this in Supabase, our database provider.
Creator profile data
Any business or brand name, niche, platform preferences, or other details you enter into GoKiero are stored in your account and used solely to personalize content strategy results for you.
Usage data
We log the content ideas you generate, the topics you research, and your platform selections. This powers your history view and helps us improve the product.
Payment information
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. Stripe provides us with a token and subscription status only. See stripe.com/privacy for Stripe's policy.
Technical data
We collect standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. This data is used for security monitoring and product analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
GoKiero relies on the following sub-processors to operate. Each processes your data only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.

4. Cookies and Tracking
GoKiero uses session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (no personal data shared) to understand how the product is used in aggregate.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated content history on free plans expires after 30 days. On paid plans, history is retained for 90 days. You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings page, which permanently removes all personal data within 30 days.
6. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS with 256-bit TLS encryption. Data at rest is encrypted in Supabase's managed PostgreSQL infrastructure. We use Row Level Security to ensure your data is only accessible to your authenticated session. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers in raw form.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

- Correction, update inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion, request deletion of your account and associated data
